My name is Taylor, I worked in the food service industry in the Pacific North West of the US for years. I bought my first house and renovated it at 24 and sold it a year later, at 26, during the height of COVID-19, I moved to Ecuador, where I’ve lived for the last four years. I recently graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science. Recently I worked for a Benefit Corporation that was trying to tackle food waste and food insecurity in the restaurant industry.
